Before you start

Please note that this guide is specifically for the IVT X11-X15 heat pump models featuring an outside temperature and hot water sensor, typically accessed by removing the front panel. If your heat pump is of a different model, find relevant guides for various models on our website. Additionally, make sure there is a power outlet within two meters of the heat pump and that the Flow is installed within range of a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Carefully follow the steps in this guide to set up the Flow correctly.

Turn off the heat pump before installation. For further information about a specific model, refer to the heat pump's installation manual. Be cautious when handling electrical equipment. If you are unsure at any step, please consult a certified electrician.
