IVT Greenline C, D, E
Before you start
Please note that this guide is specifically for the IVT Greenline C, D, E heat pump models featuring an external input panel, typically accessed by removing the front panel. If your heat pump is of a different model, find relevant guides for various models on our website. Additionally, make sure there is a power outlet within two meters of the heat pump and that the Flow is installed within range of a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Carefully follow the steps in this guide to set up the Flow correctly.
Turn off the heat pump before installation. For further information about a specific model, refer to the heat pump's installation manual. Be cautious when handling electrical equipment. If you are unsure at any step, please consult a certified electrician.
Open the Flow device by pressing both sides together and pulling up the lid.
Connect cable pair OUT 1 to OUT1: A & B on the Flow circuit board input. OUT2, OUT2, and OUT3 is not used.
Connect the USB adapter cable to the power supply input. Red to + and black to -.
Attach the Velcro strap to the back of the Flow device and position it next to the heat pump.
Neatly route the cable(s) behind the heat pump so they are positioned next to the external input panel.
Disconnect the power for the heat pump. Then connect the Flow cables to the external input board on the heat pump.
For IVT Greenline C, D, E:
Connect OUT1 to EXT.
On the heat pump’s display, go to meny 5.7 “Comiss./Service” and enable external control “No. 1”.
Insert the USB adapter into a wall socket to power the Flow device. Confirm the power supply by ensuring that the bottom LED indicator flashes blue.
Log in to the Perific app using your user account or installer account, then navigate to Settings → Add New Device. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the Flow device to your Wi-Fi. Once setup is complete, return to the Overview to configure the Flow device. Select your heat pump model from the dropdown list.

Run the Installation Test feature in the app to ensure that the function is operating correctly.
Installation complete! Control the heat pumps function(s) from the Overview. Activate optiFlow for schedueled or price based heating hours.
